1. (a)

   1. (1) The Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services shall initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with agencies and organizations providing employment and training services and other services to the low-income elderly.
   2. (2) The objectives of the cooperative relationship shall be to provide joint planning, eliminate redundant services, and provide a coordinated service delivery system to the elderly.

   3. (3) Cooperative relationships that shall be developed include, but are not limited to, the agencies listed below:

      1. (A) Other SCSEP national grantees operating SCSEP in the state;
      2. (B) Area agencies on aging;
      3. (C) Division of Workforce Services;
      4. (D) Other programs or agencies available to the low-income seniors; and
      5. (E) Transportation organizations.
2. (b) The Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services has a written plan in place for disaster response and recovery so the SCSEP may continue to operate and provide services to participants and the community.
