1. (a) When there are limited positions available, priority must be given in accordance with the Older Americans Act of 1965, 42 U.S.C. § 3001 et seq., as amended, and the Jobs for Veterans Act, 38 U.S.C. § 4101 et seq.

2. (b)

   1. (1) All applicants will be asked about veteran status.
   2. (2) Veterans will be asked to provide a copy of their DD-214, which will be kept in the participants’ files.
3. (c) As vacancies become available, staff will enroll applicants with the highest priority from the waiting list.
