As used in this subpart:

1. (1) “Enrollee” means a person who is enrolled in the Title V program;
2. (2) “Host agency” means a public agency or a private nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986;
3. (3) “SCSEP” means the Senior Community Service Employment Program;
4. (4) “Subgrantee” means the agency who is the recipient of the Title V grant that is administrated through the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services; and
5. (5) “Title V” means Title V of the Older Americans Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3056 et seq.
