1. (a)

   1. (1) Area agencies on aging shall provide job-related counseling to participants to assist them in successfully participating in community service employment.
   2. (2) This assistance shall be available to participants and, at a minimum, shall provide a referral to local public or private service agencies.
2. (b) Important consumer related information or training in areas such as Social Security benefits, income tax requirements, nutrition, and personal health may be provided for participants by the area agencies on aging.
