(a) In order to receive grant funds from the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services, grantees must comply with the following requirements:

1. (1) Submit a proposed budget;
2. (2) Provide required expenditure information and reports;
3. (3) Provide the division with a preliminary determination of the funds remaining from grants within forty-five (45) days of the end of the grant period; and
4. (4) Notify the division of final audited fund balances within thirty (30) days after the agency's single agency audit is due.
