1. (a) There shall be a supervisor on duty for assistance to assigned staff.
2. (b) The staff shall be qualified to provide assistance and guidance in health promotion, wellness, and disease prevention activities.
3. (c) There shall be an annual evaluation of the staff by the supervisor in charge of personnel.
4. (d) The staff shall participate in on-going training as scheduled and training records will be maintained.

5. (e) All workers must be able to:

   1. (1) Carry out directions and instructions;
   2. (2) Maintain program fidelity; and
   3. (3) Keep records.
