Eligibility:

1. (1) Persons receiving billable services must be age sixty (60) or older;
2. (2) Persons receiving billable services may be primary caregivers under age sixty (60); and
3. (3) Other persons under sixty (60) may receive nonbillable services at the discretion of the area agency on aging.
