The Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services requires that providers and subcontractors of services funded through Title III of the Older Americans Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3021 et seq., and state general revenue to persons age sixty (60) and over in congregate facilities, must establish and enforce policies and procedures necessary to ensure environments reasonably free of contaminants.
