1. (a)

   1. (1) Area agencies on aging will submit to the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services semiannual progress reports that compare the area agencies on aging’s accomplishments to the service and program objectives in their area plans.
   2. (2) The progress report for the January through June period is due July 31 and that for July through December is due January 31.
2. (b) Division program managers will review these progress reports and initiate appropriate follow-up if needed.
