1. (a)

   1. (1) If corrective action is required, the area agency on aging will submit to the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services a plan which will specify action to be taken and the timeframe within which action will be completed.
   2. (2) This plan will be reviewed by division program managers.
2. (b) Area agencies on aging will make the required changes within the designated timeframe.
3. (c) Division program managers will follow-up to confirm that these actions have resolved the problems they were to address.
