20 CAR § 418-701 – Personnel policies and procedures

(a) The partial hospitalization program shall have written personnel policies and procedures approved by the governing authority.
(b) All employees shall have access to personnel policies and procedures, as well as other rules and regulations governing the conditions of their employment.
(c) The partial hospitalization program shall:
1. (1) Develop, adopt, and maintain policies and procedures to promote the objectives of the program; and
2. (2) Provide for qualified personnel during all hours of operation to:
  1. (A) Support the functions of the center; and
  2. (B) Provide quality care.
