(a)
- (1) The psychiatric residential treatment facility shall be equipped with central heating and cooling equipment that maintains reasonable temperatures between sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit (65°F) and eighty-two degrees Fahrenheit (82°F).
- (2) If temperature outside exceeds one hundred degrees Fahrenheit (100°F), there shall be a fifteen-degree Fahrenheit difference in exterior to interior temperature.
- (b) If the air conditioner breaks down or malfunctions, the Office of Long-Term Care must be notified immediately.
