1. (a) All PRTFs shall have video cameras in all common areas that, at a minimum, capture movement.
2. (b) All reportable incidents require camera footage to be saved and will only be deleted upon a closed investigation by the Office of Long-Term Care.
3. (c) All camera footage must be saved for a minimum of thirty (30) days regardless of whether a known incident occurred.

Codification Notes: "PRTF" means a psychiatric residential treatment facility.
