1. (a) The psychiatric residential treatment facility shall maintain an individual record on all residents admitted in accordance with accepted professional standards and practices.
2. (b) The psychiatric residential treatment facility must have sufficient staff to provide records that are completely and accurately documented, readily accessible, and systematically organized.
3. (c) The psychiatric residential treatment facility shall ensure the confidentiality and security of resident records, including information in a computerized medical record system, in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 privacy regulations and Arkansas state law.
