Permit application process

- (a) An application for a psychiatric residential treatment facility permit shall be completed as prescribed by the Health Services Permit Agency and as outlined in Arkansas Code § 20-8-101 et seq.
- (b) An applicant shall submit proof of permit prior to completing the Office of Long-Term Care licensure application.
