- (a) The administrator shall be responsible for full compliance with federal and state laws governing procurement, control, and administration of all drugs.
- (b) Full compliance is expected with the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970, Pub. L. No. 91-513, and all amendments to this set and all regulations and rulings passed down by the federal Drug Enforcement Agency, Acts 1971, No. 590, and all amendments to it and this part.
