(a)
- (1) Staffing will be correlated to the size of the facility and the total client meals served.
- (2) Staffing will be adequate to provide sufficient staff for the number of meals served.
- (3) Clients whose individual program plans provide for habilitative training may assist in food preparation and service.
- (4) Direct care staff may assist in food preparation and service as a part of habilitative training.
- (b) If deficiencies are found that directly relate to shortage of personnel, additional personnel will be required.
