(a)
- (1) All food service employees shall wear appropriate, light-colored clothing including hairnet and shall keep themselves and their clothing clean.
- (2) Males may wear caps.
- (b) All persons working as food handlers in facilities shall have in their possession, or on file in the facility in which they are employed, a currently approved health card.
(c)
- (1) Persons having symptoms of communicable or infectious diseases or lesions shall not be allowed to work in the dietetic services.
- (2) Food service employees may be assigned duties outside dietetic services, provided such assignment is not in conflict with any rules of the Department of Health.
