- (a) The administrator shall be responsible for full compliance with federal and state laws governing procurement, control, and administration of all drugs.
- (b) Full compliance is expected with the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970, Pub. L. No. 91-513, and all amendments thereto and all regulations and rulings passed down by the federal Drug Enforcement Agency, Acts 1971, No. 590, and all amendments to it and this part.
