- (a) The facility must provide or make arrangements for comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for each client from qualified personnel, including licensed dentists and dental hygienist either through organized dental services in-house or through arrangement.
- (b) If appropriate, dental professionals must participate, in the development, review, and update of an individual program plan as part of the interdisciplinary process either in person or through written report to the interdisciplinary team.
- (c) The facility must provide education and training in the maintenance of oral health.
