A physician must participate in:
- (1) The establishment of each newly admitted client's individual program plan as required by this part that specified plan of care requirements for ICF/IID's; and
- (2) If appropriate, the review and update of an individual program plan as part of the interdisciplinary team process either in person or through written report to the interdisciplinary team.
