The facility must provide each client with:

1. (1) A separate bed of proper size and height for the convenience of the client;
2. (2) A clean, comfortable mattress;
3. (3) Bedding appropriate to the weather and climate;
4. (4) Functional furniture appropriate to the client's needs;
5. (5) Furniture and play equipment used in the care of children shall be functional and appropriate and be painted with lead-free paint; and
6. (6) All wastebaskets shall be the metal type or of materials approved by the appropriate fire and/or LSC.
