- (a) A lavatory for the staff with soap and towels shall be provided in either the laundry area or in an adjacent janitorial area.
(b)
- (1) A janitor's closet shall be provided for each facility.
- (2) This closet shall be provided with hot and cold running water and shelves for the storage of janitorial equipment and supplies.
- (3) The closet shall be mechanically ventilated to the outside and must be kept locked when clients are in the facility.
- (4) The hot and cold running water may be placed in the laundry.
