(a)
- (1) The facility shall be equipped with heating and cooling equipment that will maintain a minimum temperature of sixty-eight degrees Fahrenheit (68˚ F) during winter and eighty-one degrees Fahrenheit (81˚ F) during summer in all client areas when the temperature outside does not exceed one hundred degrees Fahrenheit (100˚ F).
- (2) If temperature outside exceeds one hundred degrees Fahrenheit (100˚ F) there shall be a fifteen degrees Fahrenheit (15˚ F) difference in exterior and interior temperature.
- (3) If the air conditioner should break down or malfunction, the facility must commence repairs within twenty-four (24) hours.
- (4) Clients' toilet and bathroom temperature should be maintained at a minimum of seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit (75˚ F).
- (b) Central heating systems shall be provided with Underwriters' approved temperature controls throughout the building.
