- (a) All facilities must be maintained, managed, and equipped to provide adequate care, safety, and treatment of each client.
- (b) A well-lighted, clean, orderly, ventilated room or rooms shall be provided for client activities and for dining areas.
- (c) A minimum of twenty square feet (20 sq. ft.) per bed shall be provided for this purpose.
