- (a) The facility shall allow individual clients to manage their financial affairs and teach them to do so to the extent of their capabilities.
- (b) The facility shall maintain written accounts for all clients' funds received by or deposited with the facility for safekeeping.
- (c) An employee shall be designated to be responsible for client accounts.
- (d) The funds may be withdrawn by the client upon request.
- (e) The client shall be provided with an itemized accounting of deposits, disbursements, and withdrawals including the current balance at least quarterly.
