The administrator is responsible for development of onsite procedures and their implementation, pursuant to the Department of Human Services’ established rules (DHS 3002-I, March 1, 1988) for:
- (1) Unusual client death and/or serious injury;
- (2) Absence (run away) and search;
- (3) Criminal activity;
- (4) Abuse/neglect-prevention, recording, and investigating;
- (5) Natural disasters (emergency preparedness);
- (6) Serious accidents; and
- (7) Disruption of services.
