- (a) Any applicant or licensee who considers himself or herself injured in this person, business, or property by final agency shall be entitled to judicial review thereof.
- (b) Proceedings for review shall be made by filing a petition in the circuit court of any county in which the petitioner does business or in the Pulaski County Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after service upon the petitioner of the agency's final decision.
- (c) All petitions for judicial review shall be in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq.
