- (a) Fifteen-bed and under ICF/IID's shall be operated, conducted, or maintained in this state by obtaining a license pursuant to the provisions of these licensing standards.
- (b) Separate facilities operated by the same management require separate licenses.
- (c) The classification of license shall be intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities or other developmentally disabled, fifteen-bed or less.
