(a) The facility shall establish a written policy regarding transportation of clients, when necessary, to the: (1) Hospital;
- (2) Medical clinics; and
- (3) Dentist offices.
- (b) The facility shall also establish a written policy regarding transportation which shall be necessary to implement the individual program of each client.
