1. (1) Procedures shall be reviewed annually and revised as necessary for effectiveness and improvement.

2. (2) The policies and procedures shall include as a minimum:

   1. (A) Aseptic and isolation techniques;
   2. (B) Proper disposal techniques for infected dressing, disposable syringes, needles, etc.;
   3. (C) Prohibiting the use of the common:

(i) Towel;

1. (ii) Bath and hand soap; and

   1. (iii) Drinking cup or glass; and
   2. (D) Proper reporting of communicable disease.
