As used in this part:
- (1) “R.N.” means registered nurse;
- (2) “L.P.N.” means licensed practical nurse;
- (3) “L.P.T.N.” means licensed psychiatric technician;
- (4) “N.A.” means nurse’s aide;
- (5) “P.T.” means part-time;
- (6) “F.T.” means full-time (forty (40) hours a week in this part and should not be confused with the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.);
- (7) “LSC” means Life Safety Code;
- (8) “LTC” means long-term care;
- (9) “NFPA” means the National Fire Protection Association;
- (10) “OLTC” means the Office of Long-Term Care;
- (11) “O.T.C.” means over-the-counter drugs; and
- (12) “Q.I.D.P.” means qualified intellectual disability professional.
