Each Level II assisted living facility must have an owner or governing body that has ultimate authority for the:
- (1) Overall operation of the facility;
- (2) Adequacy and quality of care;
- (3) Financial solvency of the facility and the appropriate use of its funds;
- (4) Implementation of the standards set forth in this part; and
- (5) Adoption, implementation, and maintenance, in accordance with the requirement of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations and these licensing standards, of assisted living policies and administrative policies governing the operation of the facility.
