All ancillary services, both core services under 20 CAR § 411-803(b)(1) and any other ancillary services identified as wanted by the resident or his or her responsible party to be provided by the facility at additional cost to the resident or his or her responsible party under 20 CAR §§ 411-1002(c), 411-1003(c), and 411-1004(b), that are identified in the resident’s needs assessment or evaluation shall be included in the resident’s occupancy admission agreement.
