- (a) An initial license will not be issued until the Department of Human Services verifies that the facility is in compliance with the licensing standards set forth in this part.
- (b) An initial license will be effective on the date specified by the Office of Long-Term Care once the office determines the facility to be in compliance with these licensing standards and applicable laws and rules.
- (c) The license will expire on June 30 following the issuance of the license.
