Directed plan of correction

- (a) The Office of Long-Term Care, or the temporary manager with office approval, may develop a plan of correction.
(b) A directed plan of correction sets forth the:
- (1) Tasks to be undertaken;
- (2) Manner in which the tasks are to be performed by the facility to correct deficiencies; and
- (3) Timeframe in which the tasks will be performed.
- (c) A facility's failure to comply with a directed plan of correction may result in additional remedies, including revocation of license when the failure to correct meets the conditions specified in 20 CAR § 410-1709.
- (d) The intent of a directed plan of correction is to achieve correction of identified deficiencies and compliance with applicable rules.
