The following codes and standards are incorporated into and made a part of this subpart:
- (1) The 2000 edition of the International Building Code (IBC) applies to new construction and alterations or additions to all facilities;
- (2) The Americans with Disabilities Act specifications for making buildings and facilities accessible to and usable by the physically handicapped shall apply to all facilities;
