(a)

1. (1) The building site shall afford good drainage and shall not be subject to flooding or be located near:

   1. (A) Insect breeding areas;
   2. (B) Noise or other nuisance producing locations;
   3. (C) Hazardous locations;
   4. (D) Industrial developments;
   5. (E) Airports;
   6. (F) Railways;
   7. (G) Penal or other objectionable institutions; or
   8. (H) A cemetery.
2. (2) The site shall afford the safety of residents and not be subject to air pollution.

(b)

1. (1) A site shall be adequate to accommodate roads and walks within the lot lines to at least the:

   1. (A) Main entrance;
   2. (B) Ambulance entrance; and
   3. (C) Service entrance.
2. (2) All facility sites shall contain enough square footage to provide at least as much space for walks, drives, and lawn space as the square footage contained in the building.
