- (a) If the resident’s needs assessment or evaluation indicates that the resident requires healthcare services, the resident is not appropriate for Level I assisted living unless the health needs can be met by a licensed home health agency on a short-term basis.
- (b) A copy of the licensed home health agency’s plan shall be filed in the resident’s record.
