Equipment and supplies
Arkansas Code § 20-10-203; Arkansas Code § 20-10-224
(a) Equipment and supplies shall be adequate to meet the needs of clients.
(b) They shall include items necessary to:
(1) Provide direct care; and
(2) Encourage active participation and group interaction.
