(a)
- (1) All equipment and furnishings shall be safe and in good condition.
- (2) Furniture, including dining tables and chairs, shall be of size and design that is easily used by persons with physical limitations.
- (3) Furniture shall be sturdy and secure so that it cannot easily tip when used for support by someone walking, standing, sitting, or arising from the furniture.
(b) Minimum requirements for furnishings:
- (1) At least one (1) comfortable chair per participant;
- (2) Table space and chairs adequate for all clients to be served a meal at the same time; and
- (3) Reclining lounge chairs or other sturdy comfortable furniture, the number to be determined by the needs of the clients.
