- (a) An initial license will not be issued until the Department of Human Services verifies that the facility is in compliance with, and able to meet, the licensing standards and program requirements set forth in this part.
(b)
- (1) An initial license will be effective on the date specified by the Office of Long-Term Care once the office determines the facility to be in compliance with these licensing standards and applicable laws and rules.
- (2) The license will expire on June 30 following the issuance of the license.
