- (a) The building in which the program is located shall be of sound construction and maintained in good repair.
- (b) No facility shall be licensed in a factory-built structure constructed in accordance with the Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards and transported to the site as one (1) or more sections on a permanent chassis.
