Behavior modification
Arkansas Code § 20-10-203; Arkansas Code § 20-76-201
Each facility shall:
(1) Develop a written policy of the use of behavior modification in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations; and
(2) Furnish a copy of such policy to the Office of Long-Term Care.
