(a) All nursing assistants must receive an orientation program that includes, but is not limited to, an explanation of:

1. (1) The organizational structure of the facility;
2. (2) Policies and procedures, including but not limited to disaster plans, for example, fire, earthquake, flood, tornado;
3. (3) The philosophy of care of the facility;
4. (4) The description of the resident population; and
5. (5) Employee rules.
