1. (a)

   1. (1) The Chair of the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board [abolished] shall act as chair in all appeals hearings.
   2. (2) In absence of the chair, the board [abolished] may elect one (1) of their members to serve as chair.
   3. (3) The chair shall vote in case of a tie.

   4. (4) The chair and/or board [abolished] may request legal counsel and staff assistance in the:

      1. (A) Conduct of the hearing; and
      2. (B) Formal preparation of their decision.
2. (b) A majority of the members of the board [abolished] shall constitute a quorum for all appeals.
