The planned regimen of total care for each patient shall be based on the attending physician's order and shall cover:
- (1) Medication;
- (2) Treatment;
- (3) Rehabilitative services (where appropriate);
- (4) Diets;
- (5) Precautions related to activities undertaken by the patient; and
- (6) Plans for continuing care and discharge.
