- (a) The Executive Director of the Arkansas Minority Health Commission, hired by a majority vote of the Arkansas Minority Health Commission, shall assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the commission.
- (b) The executive director shall prepare an agenda on the matters to be discussed at the regular or special meetings of the commission.
- (c) Agendas shall be emailed to each commission member prior to the regular or special meeting in consultation with the chair.
