(a) Chair.

1. (1) The chair shall have general supervision and management of all Arkansas Minority Health Commission meetings.
2. (2) In general, he or she shall perform all duties incident to the office of chair as herein detailed, and all such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him or her by the commission.

(b) Vice chair.

1. (1) The vice chair shall perform the duties of the chair in the event of the chair’s absence or inability to serve.
2. (2) The vice chair shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to him or her by the majority vote of the commission.

(c) Secretary.

1. (1) The secretary shall review and clarify the official minutes of the commission.

2. (2) Minutes are to be made available to the secretary for review no later than twenty (20) working days after a:

   1. (A) Quarterly meeting;
   2. (B) Retreat;
   3. (C) Special meeting; or
   4. (D) Emergency meeting.
