(a) The Prescription Drug Monitoring Program shall become operational March 1, 2013, if full funding is available under Arkansas Code § 20-7-610 and 20 CAR § 200-109.
(b) The Secretary of the Department of Health may suspend operation of the program if adequate funding under Arkansas Code § 20-7-610 and 20 CAR § 200-109 ceases.
